PandorasFlow is a content publishing platform that allows users to:

• Sync video content from Google Drive
• Publish videos to YouTube and TikTok
• Track analytics and performance metrics
• Manage content across multiple platforms

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication credentials used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Third-Party Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google, YouTube, TikTok). By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and use them in accordance with their respective terms of service and this Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Exceed reasonable usage limits as determined by us

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Platform Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PandorasFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Service Limitations and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice
• Limit the amount of storage, bandwidth, or other resources available to users
• Establish limits on the number of API calls, uploads, or other actions
• Remove content that violates these Terms

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Drive, YouTube, and TikTok. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party services that affect our Service
• API limitations or outages of third-party services
• Content removal or account suspension by third-party platforms

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PandorasFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
